Works will commence on the three beaches, all situated at Manilva's south-western coastline, to erradicate invasive species of vegetation which will be replaced with native plants, some of which are on the brink of extinction.
Manilva's environment councillor, Emilio López Berenguer, has stated that these works will begin next week, and that the project will be of great value both in environmental and tourism terms.
